Angkat, diamkan hingga hangat. Didihkan air dalam dandang. Olesi loyang ukuran 20x20 dengan minyak goreng&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur tepung beras, tepung kanji dan gula, aduk hingga rata. Tuangi santan hangat sedikit demi sedikitsambil uleni hingga licin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian. Sebagian dicampur warna hijau, sebagian merah dan sebagian biarkan putih.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan 100 ml adonan hijau kedalam loyang. Kukus dalam dandang tertutup selama 5 menit, hingga agak mengeras. Tuangi adonan putih sebanyak 100ml, ratakan keseluruh permukaan kue, kukus lagi selama 5 menit. Setelah adonan putih mengeras, masukkan 100ml adonan merah. Ulangi melapis selang seling hingga seluruh adonan masuk ke dalam cetakan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Saat mengukus lapisan terakhir, lapisi tutup dandang dengan serbet, agar kue lapis tidak tertetesi uap air. Tutup dandang rapat rapat. Kalau kita pergi ke kedai makan nanti akan ada beberapa pilihan nasi goreng. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Diantaranya : &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nasi goreng kampung - pake campuran ayam, udang, ikan teri, dan kangkung. Warnanya putih dan ada rasa terasinya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nasi goreng pattaya - nasi goreng biasa yang disajikan dengan dibungkus telur dadar dan dikasih saus sambal diatasnya. Isinya ayam, udang dan sayuran.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nasi goreng putih/cina - isinya sama cuma warnanya putih.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nasi goreng USA - nasi goreng biasa hanya pake sosis dan kacang polong dan jagung.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Favorite aku ya nasi goreng kampung.... sedep...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Back to nasi goreng aku.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nasi goreng yang aku bikin kali ini memanfaatkan sisa daging semur. Warnanya jadi kecoklatan gitu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bahannya ya cuma nasi, daging semur, kecap, bawang merah bawang putih, garam. Bawangnya gak aku uleg cuma diiris iris tipis, tumis, kasih kecap dikit.
